What can I bring to the festival?
Blankets, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Sunscreen, Bug Spray, Sunglasses, Hats are just some of the things you can bring.

What’s not allowed at the festival?
Items considered contraband and NOT allowed in the park include:
Video and audio recorders, flash cameras, drones, coolers, picnic baskets, cans, bottles, glass, personal fireworks, weapons, food, beverage, bicycles, kites, tents, pets/animals.

Where can I park?
There will be plenty of parking on Arthur Lamb Jr. Road and Miami Marine Stadium

Will there be shuttle service from the parking areas?
Yes, there will be complimentary shuttle buses to and from the parking areas.

How can I obtain my VIP ticket and wristband if ordered online or by phone?
1.Print the VIP ticket at home
2. Have them mailed
3. The VIP Wristband will be given to you at the VIP Tent, on day of Festival

If I purchase a VIP pass, do I still have to bring 4 canned goods?
Advanced VIP Admission includes the cost of the charitable food donation, you won’t need to bring four canned goods to the event (but of course you always can)

When is the last day to purchase tickets, online, by phone and ticket outlets:
1. Online: Friday March 10th at 11:59pm
2. By phone: Friday March 10th at 5:30pm
3. Ticket outlets: Friday March 10th at closing of store

Are tickets available for purchase on the festival day?
Yes, if the festival is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
This is an adult event, children 10 and under are admitted FREE if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I leave and re-enter with the same ticket?
No, Re-entry

Will there be food and drinks for purchase?
Yes, we have a large selection of food, arts & craft vendors along with several bars.

If I forget my canned food donation, what can I do?
Just make a $5.00 donation.

Where do my donation go, what is the food and or monetary donations used for?
The canned goods collected are distributed to homeless shelters and foods banks in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area. The monetary donations collected is used to help provide school supplies & snack packs for the kids in 9 Mile St. Ann, Jamaica.

What if it rains?
The show will go on rain or shine.

Can I get a refund?
No refund, all sales are final.
